OneNeck introduces new assessments for Oracle-based systems
These newest services enable OneNeck to assess the performance, stability and availability of a business’s Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database environments.
OneNeck IT Solutions, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced the launch of two new platform assessments for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Database environment. The new offerings include:
- OneNeck Health Check and Assessment service for Oracle EBS
- OneNeck Health Check and Assessment service for Oracle Database
OneNeck will leverage the new assessment services to review a customer’s platform configurations in order to identify potential risk areas. Following the review, OneNeck will provide a report that includes detailed recommendations on ways customers can improve the overall IT performance and manageability of their Oracle-based systems.
“By diagnosing issues as early as possible, often before a customer knows they have a problem, we can make recommendations that will reduce the risk and improve the health of our customer’s overall Oracle database performance,” says Jeff Budge, VP of Application Consulting and Product Management at OneNeck.
According to OneNeck, these assessments can be conducted wherever a customer’s Oracle EBS or Oracle Database environment is located. This includes on-premises, in a hosted private cloud or in a public cloud.
The new offering rounds out OneNeck’s Oracle Hosting and Application Management services. In addition, all assessments will be conducted by the company’s certified world-class database administrators, including Oracle ACE Director Biju Thomas. For more than 20 years, Thomas has been concentrating on Oracle technologies and is among the elite group of Oracle ACE Directors.
“Biju is truly a rare technical expert and one of our greatest resources,” Budge said. “He understands the technology and how to deploy the best solutions while focusing on delivering outstanding customer service.”
